No quesion that flush door is always the first choice for a contemporary room. Make it frameless white, or with flat architrave/ casing, you will find the flush door enlarges the space dramatically, and matches quite well with nature wood floor and pure color fabrics.
But feeling too monotonous or apathy with black and white?
Just try wood!
You can easily find out doors in the market at a very cheap price. They may look the same as other doors which cost much more. That's because these cheaper doors are of hollow core. Workers fill in honeycomb papers.
Desheng's standard wooden composite door has semi-solid core. You can also choose full solid core for special offer.
Lift up Desheng's door, you will find that this is much heavier than hollow core doors, or even heavier than semi-solid core doors from other suppliers.
That's because of selected timber.
Desheng uses the Chinese fir, which is capable for building, bridge, shipbuilding and mine pillar, to make door structure. This kind of wood is strong resistance to corrosion, not affected by termites.
The fir timber we select is from forests that grow above 1000 above sea level, and age up to 20 years.
With this very high quality timber, Desheng doors are long-term use.
WIDER SOLID WOOD STILES AND RAILS
Have you ever worried about the stiles after you installing hinges and locks?
Most of the other factories are using very thin and small wooden pieces for stiles and rails. After installation, you may find out that door leaf is out of shape!
But if you buy from Desheng, you will never have such a problem.
We use selected timber for all stiles and rails. As mentioned above, it is the Chinese fir.
Each standard stile or rail is no less than 100mm, sometimes 200mm for oversize designs.
THICKER HARDBOARDS
Though you cannot see, most doors in the market are using thin MDF boards, which are about 3mm to 6mm.
Desheng's doors are using 8mm HDF (known as hardboard), which is much stronger than MDF.
After many years, when the MDF becomes out of shape like having waves on the surface, HDF boards are still flat as before.
Hardboard never afraid of dry weather.
And that's why we always sugguest wooden composite HDF doors to apartment and hotel projects, especially for Middle East and Africa.
MORE TIMES OF PRIMARY COATING

Sometimes customers ask me, is this door water proof? I can tell them certainly it is water proof.
For we paint each door at least twice color staining. Pure color and dark color up to 4 times staining.
So you see, the door has 5~7 coating on its surface. It has good performace of water proof and anti-insects.
Did you paint the door directly on unfinished surface when DIY patterns? This is not correct in deed.
The correct way is, bush primary coating before painting/staining.
The primer will permeate into fibers of wood or board, fill in invisible tiny apertures and gaps, and make the surface flat.
Other color paint can be easily stick to this primer.
When your want the door in highlight gloss, primary coating is quite important.
Desheng makes at least 3 times of primary coating so that the surface is flat as mirror!

MORE TIMES OF SPRAY PAINTING
Sometimes customers ask me, is this door water proof? I can tell them certainly it is water proof.
For we paint each door at least twice color staining. Pure color and dark color up to 4 times staining.
So you see, the door has 5~7 coating on its surface. It has good performace of water proof and anti-insects.
