This machine is mainly used for mattress border sewing and flanging. It has two separate super high speed flanging sewing heads(one Japanese Pegasus flanging sewing head and one JINLUN sewing head), and one micro sewing head to join materials (easy operate, can flanging continuously, saving time for material feeding, and increasing productivity). It also has material tensioning and rolling device (tensioning adjustable). Extra material is automatically trimmed. The machine is also equipped with strong wind blowing system anti-noise and dust-proof cabinet. Besides, it also can work together with other border sewing machine.
