DTT Water transfer Environmental Foil

Application:  

A hot stamping foil paper specially developed for stamping water transfer bottle foil , furniture stamping foil, sports equipment and helmets, etc.

Characteristic:

1. Low Stamping temperature and fast separate speed . Machine roller at 80-90 degrees can start hot stamping,foil and foil undercoat have excellent  separation effect. And hot stamping process that without cracking and bubble phenomenon.

2. Competitive with the foil in the market,ours foil have excellent Breath-ability.The main advantage is that during the baking process of high temperature, the chemical gas and water vapor can be well discharged through the foil. It is not easy to bubble and crack, which greatly improves the product yield.

3. Testing in 220 degrees for an hour, the foil without fading phenomenon;foil and foil undercoat and covercoat have good interlayer adhesion and strong chemical resistance.
