Medallion pattern or what we called parquet cutting, is one of the most common application of waterjet cutter. DYB head is our traditional 5-axix beveling waterjet cutter head, commonly used in marble, granite and porcelain parquet processing. Its advanced numeric control abrasive feeder accurately deliveries moderate abrasive volume for the jet cutting. The volume is programmable by CAM software, which makes it possible to smooth feeding speed and change feeding volume to obtain fine cutting result. Also save abrasive at the same time.
Equipped with Harmonic drive-gear box (which is widely use for robot) and servo, as well as high efficiency cutting head, it performs well in vertical cut compensating and tilting cut with degree +/-15 º, besides water-jet parquet cutting.
