ESD Real Time Monitoring System (ESD.RTS) is mainly designed for support the multi-ply ESD control device. (For example: Ionizing eliminating device, wrist strap/table mat timely monitor, grounding system alarm and so on), The system could be not only adjusted as the customer's different requirement, but also enlarged the capacity to monitor the whole ESD control system of the producing line. ESD.RTS can be upgraded based on the existing system easily and quickly, which also obey the market idea of “save the cost in long-run for customers”.
