1. Energy saving & water saving
Shenling uses patented evaporative condenser coils, while equipped with aluminum water retaining parts, high heat transfer efficiency, low condensing temperature, low water consumption for operation, the machine can meet the national energy efficiency standards, effectively reduce operating costs.
2. Integrated design
Unit is designed as rooftop type for outdoor installation, integrated with refrigeration and air handling functions, without the reprovision of additional cold source, with the sun-proof and rust-proof and rainstorm-proof and other properties, no dedicated machine room, do not take up interior effective space, no additional settings for cooling towers, cooling water pumps, cooling water systems to reduce the cost of ancillary equipments.
3. Anti-corrosion and scale
Evaporative condenser coils uses special materials, and continuous curved shape, without any intermediate joints, with high corrosion and hydrophilic properties, durability, service life is up to 20 years; Configuration with the water treatment device, water can be treated to the standard demineralized water, greatly reducing the possibility of fouling.
4. Flexible combination in functions, expandable
With wet film humidifier section, heat recovery section, electronical filter section, silencer section, sterilization section and other sections for optional, can make free combinations for different functional sections according to industry requirements;
Processing as explosion-proof, can be used in the places of ⅡA,ⅡB grade, explosive gas mixture that formed from T1 ~ T4 flammable gas, steam and air. The standard products are designed as monobloc type, can be designed as split type according to customer demand.
5. Intelligent control
Friendly control interface, up to 300 meters remote control; Variety of security features to ensure safe and reliable unit; up to 8 units network communication in maximum, to achieve joint control rotation backup; Support for the use of different controllers or adding different optional accessories to support different communication protocols.
