There  are 4 hoels  in the  base and 5 holes in the lid .

Also there is one small lid in the cover . 

Put the plasit seal in the small hole . So can lock it .  

There is one narrow and long slot to vote .  It also can avoid the vote paper to be got from the ballot box . 

For the plastic seals , that’s the same color but with different numbers for each seal .
