1.JD-AB500 Gravity casting machine is mainly used in the production of large and medium sized copper alloy castings, or a small multi-cavity mould casting.

2.Assembly mould maximum turning diameter is 500 mm. The modulus maximum distance of 510 mm between the floor.

3.Improve the work efficiency for customer, reduce labor cost .

4. Made of three Parts , including Machinery , Electrical equipment and Hydraulic parts ;

5 . The Mold Material is Red Copper , the Min thickness of Castings is 2.5MM ;

6. The mold can be cast for 30000 times and ground on a machine tool for reuse .

Our delivery time generally it is 10 days if the core shooting machines are in stock, or it is 10-15 days if the casting machines are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
