◪ Stone finish: provide clear water and alcohol resistant, non-yellowing penetrating sealer.

◪ Metal construction: mild steel with all joints welded, braised and polished. provide proper support for size of specified piece to avoid racking and twisting.

◪Where required in drawings,  heavy duty metal drawer glides with stops. (blum brand)

◪ Hardware – to be rust proof & corrosion free. each piece of furniture is to be fitted with appropriate bumpers, glides & stops or as called for on drawings. submit hardware sample for approval.

◪ Where required in drawings,   provide clear plastic disks for use under glass tops to minimize glass movement.

◪ All interior & back components shall be stained & given a coat of sealer and lacquer.

◪ All fabricated furniture must be of contract quality & all material used shall be new & of the best grade obatainable of their respective types.

◪ Manufacturer to provide contract quality non-rusting glides at feet. use “magi-glide” or any approved equivalent.

◪ Manufacturer to provide shop drawings & samples of finishes for review prior to production.

◪ Manufacturer to provide prototype sample for approval prior to final production. dimensions are subject to change as per result of perfecting the prototype.
