Actually, except above suggestion, we also have other scheme as following:

1)Make the cap whole in ABS, just it will be two part. But also can realize it in two colors like pictures shown.

2) Change the ABS cap to zamac cap with epoxy. Then cap would a heavy feeling,and looks more metallic. Also to match cap&shoulder’s color correspond,we also can make this shoulder

As this is fresh new design, we could adjust them according clients’ idea and requirement,such as capacity,weight and material etc. Even the bottle shape and surface pattern and so on, we also could alter professionally.
