This is innovative high-efficient and energy-saving subway air handling equipment globally. The technology reaches international advanced level, which is approved by Guangdong Economic and Information Technology Commission and leading experts as well.
With Shenling self-developed rotating openable heat exchanger integrated device, it is the first time to integrate core components systematically in AHU, including breakwater, drain tank, heat exchanger, vertical shaft and etc. Operation modes can be automatically switched between air conditioning and ventilation by turning on/off the integrated device. During ventilation process in metro station during transition season, it can intelligently choose the right mode according to outdoor temperature to save energy, its air resistance of heat exchanger section in ventilation mode is 1/60, with significant energy-saving effect.   
Product can be widely used for subway station in different regions and climate zones, especially suitable for application requesting long running in ventilation conditions.
According to different cold sources, AHU can be divided into chilled water type and refrigerant type. For chilled water type unit, chilled water is used for cooling. For refrigerant type unit, refrigerant is used for cooling through direct expansion. Evaporating temperature of direct-expansion refrigerant type unit is higher, therefore it is more energy saving.

Technical Features

1、 High Efficiency and Energy Savings
With rotating openable heat exchanger integrated device, the heat exchanger can be turned on during ventilation season to reduce internal resistance. Inverter technology is equipped to reduce fan motor output power, contributing to high efficiency and energy saving.

2、Stable and Reliable

Dual-triangular braced frame and rotating vertical shaft are used to solve eccentric deformation problem of rotating device, Pipelines pass set pressure test for tens of thousands of times to ensure there is no leakage.

3、Intelligent Control

Heat exchanger can be turned ON/OFF automatically. The operation mode can be adjusted with change of air flow, volume and resistance according to different working conditions, which greatly improves control precision.

4、Easy Maintenance

There is sufficient internal room for maintenance. Use easily disassembled rotary joint for chilled water type unit and stainless steel metal hose for refrigerant type unit. On the base of universal standard spare parts, key parts maintenance can be finished within 1 hour.

5、Anti-freezing (Chilled Water Type)

      The coil is designed with drainable structure. Each loop keeps a same inclination angle for easy drainage. Drainage valve is disposed at the  tom of water
      collection pipe, which is lower than heat-exchanging tube at the bottom. Water can be drained completely when unit is turned off.
