RP-8060D
Product Description
Pressurized UF Membrane adopts outside to inside structure and ultra-hydrophilic technology, operated by dead end and Cross-flow filtration model. To prevent the accumulation of pollutants on the surface of the membrane and to ensure the membrane system’s stable operation, backwash and regular chemical cleaning can be applied to remove the pollutants. SHUYI Revita series pressurized UF membrane products own characteristics of high pollution resistance, high flux, high strength and low fiber breaking rate, as well as excellent chemical stability, with the widely application in drinking water, wastewater treatment and desalination pretreatment.
Product Characteristics
PVDF material- Long life
Pressurized UF membrane is made from PVDF enable high oxidant resistant for a long life and stable flux.
High filtration accuracy - high-quality water
UF membrane's pore size is 0.03μm, with high filtration accuracy, ensures the turbidity of product water less than 0.1 NTU, and remove almost all of the particles, bacteria, viruses and colloids.
Advanced Modification Technology
High Pollution Resistance
PVDF hollow fiber adopts unique hydrophilic process enable high pollution resistant; maintain high flux under low trans-membrane pressure.
High mechanical strength without fiber breakage
PVDF hollow fiber membrane owns high tensile strength and fracture elongation, and can withstand repeated air flow scrubbing without fiber breakage, prolong the lifetime.
Outside -to-inside structure –wide applications in raw water with different quality
UF module adopts outside to inside filtration mode, own high quantity of pollution resistance. The limits of the size and concentration of suspended substance in raw water are wider and can be widely used in different water quality.
