Profile
Integrated Evaporative Condensing Chiller is an energy-saving and high-efficient chiller developed by Guangdong Shenling Environmental Systems Co., Ltd. independently, based on tens of years’ technology accumulation and strong R&D team.
This series adopts the most advanced designs and techniques with patent of Serpentine Tube Evaporative Condenser. The design has features of integrated and simplified structure, energy saving and high efficiency, space saving, flexible installation, anti-corrosion, durability and nice look.

Technical Features
1、Integrated Design
The chiller Integrates cooling fan, evaporative condenser, shell-and-tube evaporator, compressor and cooling-water system. Therefore, cooling tower is not needed. It has compact structure which is suitable for outdoor installation and doesn’t need dedicated control room. Installation is flexible, so that before it is ready to work, only need to connect with chilling water pipe, make-up water pipe, overflow pipe, drainage pipe and power cable.

2、Energy saving and water saving
Patent of Serpentine Tube Evaporative Condenser is adopted, which can remove condensing heat by evaporation latent heat. Cooling effect is excellent and condensing temperature is low. EER is higher than 4.5, which reaches China National Energy Class 1 and contributes to operational cost-down.

3、Modularization
Module is consisted of single piece of serpentine tube. Multiple modules are combined to integrated unit. With mature processes and flexible combinations, different cooling capacity demands can be satisfied by modularized design and production.

4、Anti-corrosion and anti-scaling of evaporative condenser
a. Anti-corrosion
Serpentine Tube Evaporative Condenser is continuously bended and formed, with tube made of dedicated material. There is no welding spot. Therefore, corrosion and leakage risk can be avoided. The excellent anti-corrosion and hydrophilic properties contribute to a reliable and durable performance as long as 20 years.
b. Anti-scaling
If local water hardness is higher than Class I, water treatment device is recommended to be added to make-up water pipe, in order to reduce the possibility of scale formation.
Anti-scaling patent is adopted with concentration monitoring device for Calcium and Magnesium ion. When the concentration reaches a certain level, water is drained or changed automatically. It is convenient for cleaning and maintenance.
Pre-cooling cooler slows down scale formation of cooling water on the surface of evaporative condensing coil. This can extend the service life and save energy. Heat-transfer effect can be improved by more than 10%.
c. Easy Cleaning
Auto mechanical scale cleaning device is used to wash scale layer before its hardening. Turn the scale layer into powder for cleaning.
