Metering Pump AMS200 Specification

The pump is one kind of solenoid diaphragm metering pump, based on microprocessor control.

 It has the features of easy operation and steady performance.

Flux is adjustable manually 0-100%. Mounting bracket and spare parts are attached in the package 

carton.

The pump is composed of a control part that houses the control electronics and the magnet, and a 

hydraulic part (pump head) always in contact with the liquid to be dosed.

Every metering pump is composed of standard PVDF pump head, which is compatible with various 

chemicals used in various industries, sewage treatment area and drinking water area.

Ceramic ball can improve dosing reliability and compatibility between hydraulic part and liquid chemicals.

Diaphragm is made of PTFE material, and it is compatible with most of chemicals.

According to test, lifespan of diaphragm is more than 5 years. And it needn't to replace it regularly, which 

can reduce maintance work.

Install the pump in a zone where the environment temperature does not exceed 40℃ and the relative 

humidity is below 90%. The pump has an IP65 protection level. Avoid installing the pump directly 

exposed to sunlight.
