Q:How to make flake ice thicker?
A: Our flake ice machine is designed with a dosing pump which is used to add small quantity salt water (3~5 kg of salt into 1000L of water) into ice making water. That can make flake ice dryer and thicker.

Q:What is the water consumption and power consumption for the JKP50 flake ice machine?
A:The water consumption is 5.05 tons averagely per day; the power consumption is 70KW·H per ton ice.

Q:How about the installation?
A:1. Put the container with flake ice machine on the top of containerized cold room
2. Assemble the cooling tower then connect it with the flake ice making part by water pump and water pipes.
3. Connect the machine and cold room with power source and water source.
4. Start ice making process.
