◇◆ Application

JND-120 bottle blow molding machines of ShenZhen J&D Drinking Water Equipment Co.,Ltd can be used for producing 3-6 gallon PET bottles. The whole procedure is automatic. In order to achieve the purpose of automatic transporting bottles, The J&D Water  whole bottle production from preform conveying to bottle discharge is completed automatically. It is made up with three main parts: preform loading system, Heater channel & blow station.

1. This blow molding machine is controlled by micro computers: fully automatic from preform conveying to bottle discharging. 
2. By connecting the conveyor belt with the blow molding machine, we can realize auto transporting of bottles. 
3. Our bottle molding machines can also be connected to filling machines and start inline filling.
