Automatic loading auxiliary device
The rear suction cup load system attached to the gantry can easily load a sheet on to the bed surface. As it loads, it automatically sweeps the deck clean of any debris assuring a clean scavenger board surface for maximum vacuum hold down as it processes each and every sheet.
Auto feeding table
The automatic loading system is consist of a lifting platform which support and raise the stack of material to height same the machine's vacuum bed, which is monitored with optical sensor.
The automation work cell includes a rear scissor lift which supports and raises the stack of material to the machine's vacuum bed height, which is monitored with optical eye-sensing stack material height and machine bed surface.
Optical Sensor
When one piece of material is taken to process,then the Hydraulic Platform will go up, when it arrival to the senor,it will automatic stop and wait the Suction Cup Load System to come.
Auto conveyor table
Conveyor table is located at the front end of the machine.
In the convey belt uploading table,it has two laser radiation sensor,when the workpiece arrival to the sensor,the convey will stop automatically.When the worker take off the work pieces,the convey continue to run until the sensor detect next workpieces.
