HDF Freeze Dryer

◆ HDF is an air-cooled, quiet type of compressed air dryer. The dryer unit is equipped with all internal connections, fittings and electrical systems. It includes a direct-drive, high-performance refrigeration compressor, fully enclosed air-cooled motor and lubrication, cooling and conditioning systems.

The motor fan is driven by an efficient motor that removes the heat from the refrigerant in the condenser. 

◆ Evaporator 

The refrigerant is evaporated 

◆ Gas-water separator 

Separation of liquid water cooled in compressed air. 

◆ Drain valve 

Condensate discharged from the water separator is discharged. 

◆ Expansion valve 

The passing refrigerant liquid is partially converted to steam. 

◆ Dry the filter 

Remove the water and impurities in the refrigerant. Make sure the dryer operates reliably. 

◆ Gas-liquid separator 

The return air carried in the liquid separation, to ensure that all the gas into the compressor. 

◆ Air heat exchanger 

In aluminum block heat exchangers, the compressed air is frozen to near freezing temperature. 

◆ Dew point display 

With dew point display, fault alarm, fan control (HDF2-16) and so on. 

◆ High-voltage protection switch 

Make sure the compressor is operating under safe conditions.
