Made of TPU or 0.8mm PVC material,which is non-toxic and green to the kids.expecially the TPU ,has a wide hardness range (60HA-85HD), wear resistance, good elasticity and cold resistance. Even if it is placed at -50 °C for more than tens of minutes, it can maintain the original softness and smoothness,so sturdy construction can make sure that no risk working in the cold condition.

2. US miller weldmaster ,good welding tech

Unlike the traditional way-gluing by hand,the edge of bubble soccor easily peel off after a period of using, our factory use US exported welding machine to seal the sides of balls, When welded into desired shape and pressurized with air, it is transformed into a strong, hard surface,which can maintain good airtightness and sustain more pressure

3.1440DPI HD inkect printer

We use advanced inkect printer which can reach the best specification of 1440DPI., the Polaris 512 high precision guide rail inkjet printer. After the printing, we will cover an UV protection oil layer to keep the image lasting bright, shining and protect from sunshine.

4.Straps with sponge inside

Our straps inside the bubble footballs very flexible and you can adjust it at proper position quickly,the shoulder straps are padded around and it's comfortable to wear.
