Low Temperature ACID Soaping Agent EF-28
Description:
this product could is mainly used in the neutralization wash and soaping after fixation of reactive dyes. it could be used in the process of pretreatment in dyeing and fishing, and washing, dispersing the metal ions in papermaking. it is a new conceptual foam free, water economic soaping agent, which could combine the neutralization and soaping as one step to reduce the production cost.
Properties:
light yellow or reddish brown transparent liquid, anionic/nonionic, ph 1.5~2.0, acid/alkali/electrolyte resistant.
Usage:
dyeing and draining - rinsing in warm water - water inflow (add the product ef-28) – soaping at 80 ℃~90 ℃ - rinsing at room temperature - rinsing in warm water- rinsing at room temperature.
Packaging and storage:
1.for light color: 0.3 g/l, 80 ℃ * 10 min. 2.for neutral color: 0.5 ~ 0.7 g/l, 80 ℃ * 15 min. 3.for deep color: 1.0~ 1.5 g/l, 85 ℃~90 ℃ * 15 min* 2 times.
