Principle of motor and controller
The motor drives the car forward, and the motor controller drives the motor to work. The motor controller consists of an inverter and a controller. The inverter receives the DC power from the battery and inverts it into three-phase AC power to provide power to the motor of the car. The controller receives signals such as motor speed and feedbacks to the meter. When braking or acceleration occurs, the controller controls the frequency of the inverter to rise and fall, so as to achieve the purpose of acceleration or deceleration.
Development trend of electric vehicle motor controller technology
① High security, this is a basic requirement. There are more and more integrated functions and higher security requirements.
② High power density. The size and volume develop toward miniaturization along with packaging.
