Maintenance of tea harvester

There are three aspects of tea picking machine maintenance: power, transmission and cutting tools.

1. Motivation. The tea picker uses a mixture of gasoline and engine oil, and the turbine oil ratio in normal use is 25:1. Of course, if it is running at high speed and the working intensity is large, the concentration can be increased. Timely attention should be paid to remove the muffler and remove the carbon deposit in the exhaust passage, so as to avoid excessive carbon deposit entering the cylinder block and causing cylinder pulling. To check and replace the air filter, spark plug, etc., after the tank is not working, it is best to rest for about 10 minutes.

2. Transmission. Attention should be paid to the maintenance of the transmission device that it is better to add grease once every 4 hours, and use oil gun to compact 10 to 15 times each time. Test the pressure before compaction to avoid air pressure. Clean the grease in the box every two weeks and then refill.

3. Cutter. The maintenance of the tool is to ensure that the dirt on the blade is cleaned and oil is added after daily operation. Regularly check the clearance between the upper and lower edges of the tool and adjust it in time. And the tool holder must be dripped with oil and other lubricants every day to keep the knife edge sharp.
