1 How can you ensure the quality of the product?

Once we receive your order, our QC department inspector will be arranged to check all the process of producing. So the quality of our product can be controlled before producing, in the middle of producing, and after producing. Also a inspect report for your reference will be provided.

2 Is the quality of the real product in accord with the description above?

   Yes. The description of our product above shows the real quality of our product with no false information and no exaggeration.

3 Is the final product the same as the sample product?

The quality of the final products are the same as the sample product. But the appearance might be slightly different due to the customer requirement. For example, some customers might want small sample yoga mat or yoga mat with no logo but final product with logo printed.

4. After giving inquiry, how long can we receive letter of offer?

If your inquiry were giving before 22:00 PM (China Time), we will respond to you within 5 minutes. If your inquiry were giving after 22:00 PM (China Time), we will respond to you before 8:30 AM (China Time) the next day.

5. What about the date of delivery?

If you are satisfied with our offer and want to see the sample, we will produce and send to you the sample after receiving the sample fee. That will be 3 to 5 working days for standard sample or random sample and 7 to 10 working days for customized yoga mats. If you think our product is satisfactory and place an order, we will start producing after receiving the front money(30%), the producing process being 15 days. And after receiving the final payment (70%) and OQC, we will start shipping.

7. What information should I provide to get a professional offer?
