Oil immersed power transformer 10kva/10kv or above with IEC/ISO9001 certificate

Langteng developed and produced S11/13-M series sealed oil-immersed power transformers. Oil-immersed power transformers have advantages of low loss, low noise and high efficiency. They can achieve good energy-saving effect and reduce pollution. Compared with ordinary oil-immersed transformers, sealed oil-immerse transformers cancel the oil conservator. The change of oil volume is automatically regulated by the elasticity of corrugated oil tanks. The transformer is isolated from the air to prevent and mitigate the deterioration of oil and aging of the insulation, improving operational reliability, normal operation and reducing maintenance.

The core applies excellent cold rolling silicon sheet, which greatly reduces the no-load loss and no-load current. It binds iron core to ensure the compactness of the core and reduce the noise. According to clients’ demand, high and low voltage winding adopt oxygen-free copper winding. 500KVA Low-voltage winding and below adopts double-layer cylindrical structure. 630KVA and above adopt double helix and four spiral structure, and high-pressure winding adopts multi-layer cylindrical structure. Transformers have advantages of good heat dissipation, good insulation quality, long life, free from the heart and maintenance-free.
