The normal dual-head water jet cutting systems are 3-axis type with conventional gantry structure. It can stand the heads’ weight well, working well under the effect of gravity. However, the gantry cross beam sacrifices some convenience of loading and unloading. For example, when the tank need cleaning after long time cutting, To synthesize the advantages of cantilever and gantry structure, we are launching our double-cantilever water jet, co-designed by our USA technical consultant with 40 years experience and our energetic Teenking team. It has two C-shape Y beam, supporting the cross beam. The front is open, allowing a folk lift to take the tank out easily for cleaning. 

Powered by 2*30HP or 1*50HP mass flow high pressure pump, G1515-DYP-PLUS’ dual heads can work at full-load with double efficiency of single head waterjet.
