PE213 Printed antistatic masterbatch

• Scope: Printed anti-static masterbatch suitable for PE blown film and CPE film production, the product eliminates static electricity, not easy to vacuum.

• Antistatic principle: Surfactant absorbs moisture from the surface of the film and forms a conductive surface on the surface of the film to reduce surface resistivity.

• Usage:  the use of printing antistatic masterbatch by adding 2 ~ 3% production 25umPE film, the slight corona treatment after the static half-life can be reduced to 2 to 4 seconds, the surface resistivity dropped to 1011Ω, if the amount of 5% The resistivity drops to 1011Ω.

 For the general printing or packaging film, adding printing antistatic masterbatch 1 ~ 2% can improve the film winding performance, good to eliminate the film in the printing of high-speed rotating friction caused by static electricity, not easy to vacuum. The plastic film with printed antistatic masterbatch is transparent, its optical properties and mechanical strength are not affected. The surface of the film is less oily and the film can be in contact with food.

• Physical properties:

  a. 14.5% of the imported surfactant Synthetic amine and synthetic fat mixed in polyethylene;

  b. melt flow rate: 6 ~ 8g / 10min;

  c. Moisture: ≤0.15%;

  d. Color: original white or light yellow.

• Packing:  25KG / bag (paper-plastic composite bag, lined with PE film bag).

• Storage:  the product is hygroscopic, should prevent sun and rain, stored in 40 ° C below the cool dry place.
