Single row PCB connector, DIP type, 3.96mm pitch pin header.
Dimensions of PC tail and mating part are optional (Dimension A is for PC tail, dimension B is for mating part).
5 contacts，gold finish on contact area and Tin finish on termination.
Can be cut to a smaller number of contacts, also can be added to more contacts.
APPLICATION
Pin headers are usually be assembled in print circuit board assembly (PCBA), it is a board to board connector in electrical field, and acting as a bridge of transfering data signal or current. Our this model is a 5 pin 3.96mm pitch single row pin header. It is a vertical type. Normally be inserted into the appropriate position in the PCBA. The following pictures are one of the application of our this model.
Different with the surface mount pin header or SMT pin header, this model is a DIP pin header or THT pin header. And it is usually assembled to PCB by hand, while surface mount pin header can be assembled to PCB with automatic machine. Male pins fit to 3.96mm pin header is SQ1.14mm.Male connector pins pairs with female connectors with the same pitch of 3.96mm.
