The washing part：

the classic bottle is used. When the bottle is blown to the running star wheel through the air conveying system, the star wheel rotates to bring the bottle to the front of the rinse head. Inside, the card bottle head reverses down, and the flushing valve starts to flush with water. When the flushing head rotates, the bottle is gradually turned upside down. When it is all the way, the flushing stops to complete the bottle flushing process.

The filling part

the washed bottle is exported from the bottle washing machine through the rinsing group star wheel and sent to the filling unit, and the bottle is stuck in the bayonet groove under the beverage filling valve after turning a circle , The filling pump starts filling. For beverage filling, when the filling group is transferred to the seam of the capping star wheel, the filling valve is closed and the water is stopped to complete the filling. The filling adopts gravity filling method, which belongs to equal pressure filling.

The capping part

the bottle is transferred to the capping assembly, the external capping device pushes the cap from the channel to the capping star wheel, and the magnetic capping is transferred to the seam of the star wheel and capping head , Press the bottle cap, bring the bottle cap to the mouth of the bottle just after filling, and seal the bottle cap by rotating. The filling star wheel is equipped with an infrared sensor, which can detect whether there is a bottle filled, and the system automatically recognizes it. It realizes the automatic shutdown system of no bottle without cap and jam.
