◪ Data analysis：According to the process requirements, the engineering personnel conduct data analysis and partially modify the data (such as: welding fixed parts, cladding, pond plastic, etc.)
◪ Programing：After completing the data analysis, the programmer programs the tool path for the part
◪ CNC Machining：After the tool path is programmed, it is sent to the CNC machining center for CNC milling. The CNC operator processes the product according to the programming parameters.
◪ Assembly：After CNC machining, the prototype is spliced and assembled according to 3D data.
◪ Surface finish：The coloring includes a series of post-treatment processes such as oil injection, water transfer printing, coating, electroplating, and laser engraving. After the parts are polished, the professional processes according to the process requirements.
◪ Quality checking：After all the process is finished, the professional quality inspectors will carry out dimensional inspection and color proofreading, and the manual master will complete the assembly and complete the operation.
