The product has low viscosity, fast curing, good adhesion. The UV finish paint film is full, gloss high, hard and wear resistant. The heavy metal content of the paint is in conformity with the SGS ASTM F963-96A standard and the ROHS standard.
● Construction Viscosity: 8-10 seconds (Iwata # 2 cup)
● Spraying distance: 25-30cm
● Drying conditions: the UV lamp energy needs to reach 600-800 mj irradiation for 10-20 seconds
● Painting environment need to purify the air, Regular dust removal, to maintain air convection
● clean the surface of the workpiece before painting to ensure that the surface is clean and no water.
● Filter with more than 300 mesh filter net before using UV light oil.
● The unused paint is sealed and placed in a cool and ventilated place.
