Installation and start-up of water softener

1, the water softener must be installed on the firm horizontal ground, 

short distance from the drainage ditch is better, distance from the boiler 

and other heat sources must be more than 3 meters, absolutely not close

 to acidic liquid or gas. If additional water treatment equipment (filter, deaerator, etc.) 

is needed, space should be reserved.

2. Put the reclaimed salt shaker as close to the resin shaker as possible.

 In order to make full use of the salt shaker, try to shorten the length of 

the plastic tube for absorbing salt shaker.

3. The resin lifting pipe is placed in the bottom center of the resin tank before 

filling (make the bottom center of the cloth water cap align with the bottom center of the resin tank).

4. Take off the protective tape on the lifting pipe, align the upper end of the

 lifting pipe with the central receiving port at the bottom of the positive 

control valve, and carefully turn the control valve clockwise (remember that 

during the installation of the control valve, make sure the lifting pipe is inserted

 into the valve body and remain concentric until the control valve is fastened on the tank body).
