Features

It is manufactured mainly based the latest technologies introduced from Germany. Made up of an efficient extruder designed in line with the unique manufacturing features of PP-R, PP-B, PE-ER and PEX, a high-torque reduction gearbox, a new grooving machine barrel, N LTM efficient screw, it has large extrusion capacity and a low material melting temperature, realizing low-temperature plasticization really.
It can manufacture PP-R and PP-B pipes quickly. According to results of relevant chemical tests done by the state, all the products manufactured by it comply with the GB/T-18742.2-2003. The PP-R and PP-B pipes manufactured by it comply with the GB/T18992.2-2003. It is mainly made up of a control system, an extruder, a mold, a sizing system, a tractor, a cutting machine, a printer and a material turning frame or a winding machine. The head mold is a spiral divided one or a cage-shaped one that can be provided with a static mixing system to ensure full overlapping of material layers and evener internal pressure distribution. It is designed with a special vacuum sizing system and a special spraying and cooling system: the vacuum sizing box has two sections; the perfect water temperature, water level and flow control guarantees quality pipes. If changed a little and provided with different molds, screws and auxiliary equipment, it can produce PE, ABS, PE-RT and PEX pipes and composite plastic pipes including two different materials as well. The high-class production line with a control system made up of a PLC and a large color display is highly automatic.
