Precision medical catheter extrusion line with S304 stainless steel frame,consists of extrusion machine,extrusion mold,vacuum forming sink，servo traction cutter machine and conveyor,and it also equip pressure sensor,gear pump and outer diameter measuring instrument to control extrusion pressure in order to improve product accuracy and achieve automatic production.It can simultaneously achieve high-speed and high-precision requirements for customers and also increase productivity and save costs.Widely used in the extrusion of medical catheters such as TPU,TPE,PVC,PA,PP,PE,PEBEX,Teflon.
