PU Rubber Paint

The paint is Matte paint, the workpiece has elasticity surface after finish coating drying, excellent tactile and visual effect, make the object more excellent appearance, enhance the added value of products. General application of automotive interior decoration, stationery, cosmetics, cameras, telescopes, advanced audio and other workpieces of the painting. The heavy metal content of the paint is in conformity with the SGS ASTM F963-96a standard and the ROHS standard.

●  Construction viscosity: 12-14 seconds (Iwata # 2 cup)
●  paint ratio: paint: N04 hardener: Rubber Varnish Ink Thinner = 10: 1: 3
●  Spraying distance: 25-30CM
●  Drying conditions: air-dry 24 hours or 60 ℃ baking 60 minutes

●  Before painting, clean out the base material oil, and other contaminants.
●  Mix the paint thoroughly before the finish.
●  When the paint is properly formulated according to the above ratio, and stir well with the paint, hardener, banana oil.
●  The blended paint is used in 3 hours to avoid the thickening of the quality.
●  When packaging coated workpieces, please use breathable material, avoid using plastic bags and other sealed package.
●  Unused finish (paint, hardener, banana oil) should be sealed and placed in a cool and ventilated place.
