Features

The production line is developed by us based on advanced technologies of Western Europe. The main equipment is a SJZ-55/110 or SJZ-65/132 conical double-screw extruder. In addition, the production line is provided with a double-pipe single-control stainless steel spraying shaper, avoiding the waste phenomenon that adjustments of one pipe affect the other one. Automatic single-control double tractors and cutting machine are combined with the dual-shaping technologies, making operation more flexible and ensuring the benefit brought by two pipes under separate control. The two extrusion pipes have a diameter of Φ16-Φ63, making full use of the extrusion capacity of the extruder and creating an extremely large output even in the production of pipes with small sizes.
