PVC pipe extrusion line

SKR pipe production line includes a conical double-screw extruder, a vacuum sizing box, a tractor, a cutting machine and a material turning frame. The pipes produced by it are mainly used as the water supply and drainage pipes in agriculture and buildings, electric wire and cable conduits and PVC pipes of different diameters and wall thicknesses. The extruder and the tractor use an imported AC variable-frequency speed regulating device and the vacuum pump and the traction motor are domestic famous products. The tractor may be provided with two, three, four, six or eight caterpillars. The cutting machine uses a blade-lifting cutting method or a circular cutting method and is provided with a meter counter and a thickening device. It has reliable performance and high production benefit. According to the requirements of customers and with special devices, we may produce the extruders for spiral inner wall pipes, inner-wall hollow pipes, foamed sandwich pipes and other material pipes such as PP, PE, ABS and PPR silicon core pipes as well. The cutting machine has full automatic computer control, convenient operation, and reliable performance and is internationally leading.
