What is the details of our castable bauxite?
Refractory castable is a mixture which is calcium aluminate cement as binder,and with a range of particle size distribution of refractory aggregate and admixture.
1.Binder -- There are two kinds of calcium aluminate cement as binder
a.general calcium aluminate cement:made by high alumina bauxite and limestone materials
b.high pure calcium aluminate cement:made by industrial alumina and limestone
2.Refractory aggregate
a.fire clay (chamotte)
b.high alumina
c.mullite and corundum

A1:Refractoriness:the refractory material withstands high temperature without melting and softening performance in the absence of load resistance.Usually working temperature is less than refractoriness about 350-400°C.
