You can set the time of refrigeration ,and the time of fermentation,it will change automatic.
For example , if you set 16.00pm is cooling , and 5.00am is fermentation , then you can put dough into proofer on 16.00pm , and it will automatic change to fermentation on 5.00am tomorrow.
This retarder proofer have TECUMSEH compressor,double glass and PU insulation which can keep the temperature very well.
