SC fiber adapter, sometimes also called SC fiber coupler, is a small device designed to terminate or link the fiber optic cables or fiber optic connectors between two fiber optic lines.
HOLIGHT offers several types of SC Adaptor which are more compact and user-friendly. Its design provides junction between SC/PC connectors that occupy less space. SC Duplex and Simplex Adaptors are available.
Mating sleeve fiber optic adapters allow users to couple from one connector type to another same type. SC Fiber Adapters are comprised of a polymer outer body and inner assembly fitted with a precision alignment mechanism. SC Optical Adapters are precision made and manufactured to demanding specifications. The combination of a ceramic/phosphor bronze alignment sleeves and precision molded polymer housing provides consistent long-term mechanical and optical performance.
