| Characteristics: | Fast drying low VOC 2K topcoat for general vehicles and automobile cars, features good leveling, hard paint film, brilliant gloss, bright and durable color. Suitable for luxury and premium cars repairing. |
| Pre-treatment: | Dry and clean the substrate (old paint film or 1K, 2K primer, soft substrate with isolation layer) with degreaser. Wet sanding the substrate with P800-P1000 sand paper and blow it dry before spraying. |
| Mixing ratio: | 2K topcoat: hardener: reducer = 100: 50 : 10-30 |
| Spray Gun: | Gravity feed: 1.2-1.5mm; 3-5kg/cm² |
| Spraying: | Spray 2-3 coats, total should be 40-60μm 5-10flash-off time at 20℃ between coats.Drying time: 20 ℃, 45 mins; 60 ℃, 30 mins. After spray, 15 -20 minutes’ air drying before hearting, especially when temperature is ≤15℃. Apply Thinner SRA directly on the overspray areas to achieve a natural transition. After spray, 10 -15 minutes’ air dryingbefore spraying clear coat. |
| Defects preventing: | Add 0.5-1% Anti Silicon in the paint remained and re-spray to avoid and solve fisheyes. Add Retarder Solvent when temperature is over 30℃ (54℉) to avoid blushing. If runs happen, sand with P2000 sand paper after thorough drying and then polish. |
