Features

SKR-SJZ conical double-screw extruder is a kind of specialized equipment applicable to the extrusion molding of various PVC powder. Used with different molds and Auxiliary equipment, it can produce diversified PVC plastic pipes, profiles, plates, sheets, bars, granulators, etc.
The barrel has a special cooling system, special cooling design and a temperature control accuracy of ±1°. The product can be provided with the barrel and screws with the most reasonable structure according to the different formula requirements of customers to realize the best plasticization state and material flow quality. The barrel and the screws are machined from imported quality alloy steel such as 38CrMoALA, 42CrMo (JIS SCM440), 9Cr18MoV, CW6Mo5Cr4V2 and SKD61 through highly precise special CNC milling machines that can make the extrusion performance of the extruders of the same kind highly uniform. We have took the leading in introducing the worldwide most advanced variable-pitch variable-depth screw extrusion technology that makes material flows softer in shear and compression in the screws and closer to the actual needs. Done with nitriding treatment, hard chrome coating electroplating, high-frequency quenching, alloy spraying and highly hard wear-resistant alloy embedding, the barrel and the screws have longer lives. The gearbox is specially designed; the bearing imported from Germany with original packing is especially increased, has a longer transmission life and can withstand a larger extrusion pressure. The electrical system has the most imported parts and multiple fault alarm functions, so it has few faults and quick fault removal.
