Operable partition wall has manual system, no automatic system. Using operable wall, it can divide one room to two or more rooms.
Usually we will add soundproof rock wool and soundproof felt to increase soundproof feature.
There is ceiling sliding aluminium track to help hanging wall panels.No need floor track.
Per panel top and bottom parts has seal rubbers, it is to reduce noise when connecting with floor.It is about 22.5-23 mm seal rubbers.
Operable wall partition can be sliding and folding.We will use crank handle to help solid panels.
Mainly using in banquet hall,conference room,classroom,ballroom,office,exhibition hall,meeting room,hotel,restaurant and etc.

Acoustic partition wall has three kinds surface.
First is mdf melamine,it can be more easy to clean.
Second is leather or fabric with hard cover inside aluminium frame.
Third is leather or fabric with hard cover hidden aluminium frame.
Fourth is mdf bare finish,client can paint prefer color on mdf board in local city.
Also has plywood finish,customers can paste wallpaper on it.
If client prefer to veneer surfrace,we should know whether needs paint color,and whether needs other extra surfrace.
If client prefer to use mirror surface,mirror thickness is 5 mm,basic board is 5 mm.

Tracks: Made of good quality anodized aluminium 6063-T5 materials,hanging the retractable partitions panels with wheels.
Wheels/Rollers: It is the carrier for the retractable partitions,let the panels move more flexibly.Pulley bearing is more than 1600 KGS.
Connectors: Made of anodized aluminium 6063-T5 aluminum tracks,“L”, “T”, “＋”types are available.
Rubber/vinyl seal: Made of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber(NBR+PVC),durable and perfect for sound insulation,wear-resistant.
Rock Wool: Density of 60kg/m3,help us reduce the noise and heat.
Handle: Operate the retractable being up and down.
Retractable mechanism: Control the movement of the top and bottom seal to form a excellent sound insulation performance.
Magnetic Strip: Ferrite plastic magnetic material will be used in between aluminum profiles to enhance acoustic performance of the retractable partitions.
MDF board: 9 mm thickness,density of 760kg/m3,absorbent thickness expansion rate is less than 15%.Formaldehyde emission is 34mg/100g.
