◪ Economical hotel can use Thailand rubber solid wood for furniture frame. For upper grade hotel, can use Russia birch solid wood or ash tree wood as furniture frame.
◪ Thailand or Malaysia imported solid rubber wood for standard hotel bedroom furniture frame, such as bed , table and chair inner frame and legs.
◪ For middle east hot weather country like Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and Dubai, Thailand solid rubber wood would be the good choice for furniture frame. For hot and wet weather like India, Russia birch solid wood would be the good choice.
◪ Fabric and foam both in BS5832 fire- protection standard. Fabric color can be change, many different color for options. Foam density from 35- 45 according to experience.
◪ Fabric in BS5832 fire proof standard, and foam in CA117 US fire retardant standard. Fabric can be change to PU leather with many color for option. 45 degree density foam for all seating.
◪ 304 stainless steel for sea side hotel, brushed finish, black color for first choice. Matt painting, open painting finished, wood grain can be touch, white oak color.
◪ Malaysia rubber solid wood for 3 star hotel furniture inner and outer frame. Russia birch solid wood for 4 star hotel furniture. And beech solid wood for 5 star hotel furniture frame.
◪ The furniture bed, chair and table legs are usually using Thailand imported solid rubber wood, control water rate between 7% to 12%, suitable for wet and dry weather.
◪ The basic material is MDF or plywood for the base board. And wood veneer have many choice, such as black walnut, Thailand teak, golden teak……
◪ Plywood base for those wet weather country, like India, south part of China, Russia. Wood veneer have many different choice as customer requirement. Oak, ash tree and sapele are the normal type of wood veneer use.
◪ Good quality fabric/ PU leather/ Genuine leather. Fire protection standard BS5832 or CA117 optional for both fabric or foam. Foam density in high degree 5 star hotel furniture standard, durable.
◪ Silver 201 type brushed finish SS for normal hotel. Seaside hotel should change to 304 type stainless steel. Environmental brand painting on surface, matt finished in black walnut color.
