◪ For the solid wooden part of the furniture, the first choice is solid rubber wood imported from Malaysia, which the cost is cheaper and strong enough.
◪ The furniture frame is Malaysia solid rubber wood. You can also change it to American oak wood, Russia ash tree wood, Africa rose wood. Zebra wood and so on.
◪ Solid birch wood for sofa, chair, table and bed legs, inner frame in Malaysia solid rubber wood, which water rate content below 12%.
◪ 5mm-35mm E1 grade MDF with teak wood veneer for furniture bedside table, writing table, coffee table, headboard, and wardrobe.
◪ All the upholstery furniture can change the fabric color, and make it fire retardant as different country standard. The foam are in high density, from 35 degree to 45 degree.
◪ The minibar on the wardrobe, natural marble or artificial marble for options, price within USD75/SQM is acceptable. Oak in open painting finished, can touch the wood grain.
◪ Solid wood frame, wood type in oak wood, rubber wood, ebony wood and other type of wood.
◪ Usually we use the Malaysia imported solid rubber wood for frame, but if your place is too wet, you can consider to change to red oak or Russia ash.
◪ Most of the furniture are using MDF panel with wood veneer, but for the door panel, wall panel and bathroom door, are using plywood with wood veneer.
◪ All the furniture fabric can be different color confirm by customer, and inner foam density is between 35 to 45 degree in different area of the furniture.
◪ Linen fabric in UK standard fire proof, different color for choose. Inner foam in 45 degree density seating, UK standard fire retardant if need.
◪ Marble have many type for choice, like Gu mu wen, ying bai long, Jue shi bai and so on. Matt painting, open painting finished, wood grain can be touch, white oak color.
