How To Make This Product?
Firstly,we print the prototype with ABS material by SLA technology.Then our hand craftsmen polish the surface to make it smooth.It’s very important for this printing prototype.Because good surface is necessary for painting.Electroplating is the final step to finish this SLA rapid prototype,which makes the part look more shiny and attractive.
Inspection
After the prototype is finished, our QC check them with three dimensional equipment. This will create a digital map on the computer which we will compare with the CAD drawings from our clients to check if any deviations on the dimension.
