Juncheng Glazed Polished Tiles is a new construction material. Its ceramic vitrified surface is combine with a layer of 5mm glassceramic. These two materials completely inosculate as a whole after double sintering. The glossiness is higher than 95°.
Carefully choosing special micro crystal material and super white ceramic raw material. After delayed high temperature calcining, it creates rarity which concentrates crystal, porcelain and stone.
Exclusive adopting crystalline phase integrated technology, It make crystal layer integrate into adobe. Juncheng crystal porcelain tile possess super smooth right-angle side and 30% thicken crystal plane.
Performance And Characteristics:
1、Hard and Abrasion resistant
The adobe are pressed by 8800 Tons pressing machine, which is hard and abrasion resistant.
Its hardness,abrasive resistance,surface hardness and breaking strength are more stronger than granite and marble.
2、Super low water absorption ≤ 0.5%.
3、Anti-slip and Antibackterail tecnology.
