Temperature & Pressure Relief Valve W12-TP03

W12-TP03 T&P valve is mainly installed on boilers, water tanks or water heaters. During in the process of heating or working of boiler, the pressure inside the hot water container rises constantly because of the heating of hot water, when the pressure rises up the valve setting temperature, the boiler will open to drain hot water (stream) out automatically and replenishes the cold water. So the boiler can relief overabundant pressure and hot water (stream) at rather high temperature to ensure the safety of the boiler, energy saving and extend the life of the boiler. The W12-TP03 T&P valve is made from high corrosion-resistant copper alloy and designed with special technology process as “Dry” structure to improve working performance to prevent valve inner parts to be calcium scaled thus caused valve leakage, short working life and temperature sensing deviation.
