1Q: I have my own design, can you make it for me?

A: Yes, of couse, please send your real samples to us, then we can make a mould  according the sample. It will be free of mould charge if your quantity is big.

2Q:  I like this design, but I want other colors, can you make it?

A: Yes, please contact us, and we will send you a color card to choose the colors you like.

3Q: How about your quality?

A :Before shipping, will check each piece by QC, also will advise a quantity tolerance, like you order 1000pcs, will advise 1005 piece. When you get the merchandise, it have quality issue, will remake the merchandise.

4Q:  I want to see the sample before I place the order, is it workable?

A: Yes, it's ok if we have stock, the sample fee is in wholesale price.

5Q: What's the lead time of shipping?

A :It depend on the way you choose, please see the detail as below  By express, like DHL, UPS, Fedex, it takes 5-7days.By air, it takes about 10days.   By sea, it takes about 25-30days.
