Patent 1 

Three sets of heating system, secondary heating technology.

The secondary heating is a set of heating systems independent of the original heating system.

It is turned on for a few seconds after the adsorption of the PVC film is completed,

and the temperature is increased on the surface and sides of the product to make the surface better and stick more firmly.   

Patent 2

High and low pressure adsorption technology,

low pressure adsorption and high pressure molding.

High and low pressure means that after the softening of the PVC film is completed,

low pressure adsorption is used to prevent the suction phenomenon of the PVC film.

After the molding is turned on, the high pressure is turned on to make the product molding better without the occurrence of cornering.

Features

1.This equipment can apply a variety of PVC films to furniture, cabinets, speakers, paint-free doors and other materials in three dimensions.

2.After attaching a silicone sheet, it is used for laminating heat transfer film and single-sided solid wood veneer.

3.We can customize machines with a processing height of less than 190mm, but please pay attention to the shape of the product, and ensure that the PVC film has a suitable stretching range.
