6)Door:Sandwich door with aluminum frame/security door/PVC door

7)Ceilings:Gypsum board/Aluminum board

8)Water Pipes and Electrical:Based on standards in local place

9)Toilets, wash basin, air-condition, socket, switch and others, as per customers' request.
